Maurten Solid 160 Basic

Solid 160 is Maurten’s bar — a go-to fuel source for the in-between
moments. The daily transitions — on the way to the pool, the track, the race,
the trail-side break, or when heading home from training. Fueling made
easy.
Solid contains 40 grams of carbohydrates, the same as Gel 160 and Drink Mix
Whichever fuel mode you choose, measuring your energy is simple. It’s
Maurten’s modular fueling system, making it easier for athletes to calculate
their carbohydrate consumption during training and racing.

Solid 160 and Solid C 160 both contain 40 grams of carbohydrates — the
same as Maurten’s Gel 160 and Drink Mix 160.
160 refers to the number of calories derived from sugar, again aligning with
the Gel and Drink Mix 160
Solid 160 and Solid C 160 are split into equal portions. Each pack contains
two 20-gram servings, for optimized fueling.
Solid C 160 contains cocoa. It’s a flavour reset — a variation to break up
endurance fueling.
Solid 160 is less compacted, improving both the texture profile and ease of
consumption, especially during exercise.
Solid 160 and Solid C 160 are gluten-free.
A Solid weighs 55 grams (27.5 grams per piece).
